VW Jetta has been one of the flagship sedans in Volkswagen’s lineup, and the company has redesigned the new Jetta 2011 model with plenty of noteworthy changes in the exterior region.

The all new Jetta 2011 model will be hitting the dealerships in the North American automotive market this fall, and these models will be exclusively tailored to the American needs, and they will also be priced much lower than the standard pricing of Jetta sedan models.

All the four trim namely Jetta TDI, SEL, SE, and the base S trim will be on the offer, though the good news is that the pricing for the base model has been brought down to just $15,995! This is indeed a dream for those who’ve always wanted to buy the Jetta sedan, but never looked at it, merely due its high price tag.

Changes in Physical Dimensions

Taking a look at the physical dimensions of the new Jetta 2011 model, it will now be 182.6 inches longer, which means there’ll be about 3.54 inches increase in the overall length, while the wheelbase will be 2.76 inches longer.

This will make the new VW Jetta sedan the roomiest sedan ever offered, in the Jetta lineup, and it will be just an inch shorter than the 5th generation Passat. Even the legroom will be increased by 2.6inches, and you’ll see the new switch gear too.
